Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
Welcome to Onshore Co.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the Onshore Co. website, online store and related services (collectively, the "Services").
In these Terms, "Onshore Co.", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Onshore Co. and the entity that owns and operates this website.
Our Services are provided through Shopify, which enables us to operate our online store and provide our products and services to you.
By accessing or using our Services, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any other policies referred to in these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ELIGIBILITY
By using our Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
When using our Services or placing an order, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing information, payment information and shipping address.
You agree that all information you provide to us is accurate, current and complete and that you are authorised to provide that information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account details associated with your use of our Services and for all activity carried out through your account.
You must not transfer, sell or otherwise provide access to your account to another person.
We reserve the right to refuse access to our Services, terminate accounts or cancel orders where we reasonably believe that our Services are being misused, fraudulent activity is occurring, or these Terms have been breached.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizing information and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings and other factors.
As Onshore Co. products may be produced in limited quantities, certain products, colours or sizes may become unavailable without notice.
We reserve the right to:
-
change product descriptions, specifications and pricing;
-
discontinue products;
-
limit quantities available for purchase; and
-
refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary.
Where a product is described as having a particular characteristic, feature or quality, we will ensure that the product supplied is consistent with that description, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights where a product does not meet the consumer guarantees applicable under Australian law.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Your order is subject to acceptance by us.
After placing an order, you will generally receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
We may decline or cancel an order where, for example:
-
a product is unavailable;
-
there is an error in the product description or pricing;
-
we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
-
we are unable to process payment; or
-
we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order or affected products.
We may contact you using the contact details provided when placing your order if we need further information or need to notify you about an issue with your order.
Once an order has been accepted and processed, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@onshoreco.com.au.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Refund Policy, as well as any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices include GST where GST is applicable.
Shipping charges will be displayed separately during the checkout process unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices, products, promotions and shipping charges at any time. Any changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where a genuine pricing or other obvious error has occurred.
If we identify an obvious error in the price or description of a product after you have placed an order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. If you do not wish to proceed, we will refund any amount you have paid for the affected order.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete payment card details.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship orders within Australia unless otherwise stated on our website.
Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Any delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, carrier delays, peak periods, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where tracking is available.
If an order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@onshoreco.com.au and we will assist you in accordance with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and the applicable shipping arrangements.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Our change-of-mind returns, exchanges and refund procedures are set out in our Refund Policy. and the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
These policies operate in addition to, and do not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Whether a particular problem constitutes a major or minor failure will be determined in accordance with applicable Australian consumer law.
We may need to assess a product before determining the appropriate remedy.
Nothing in our policies or these Terms prevents you from exercising any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
