How do your tees fit?
Our tees, like 'Kai' feature a relaxed, boxy oversized fit.
We recommend ordering your usual size for the intended fit. If you're chasing an extra baggy look, size up.
For the most accurate fit, always check the size chart on the product page and compare with the model sizing provided.
what size should I order
The short answer? Check the size chart.
The longer answer? Check the size chart and have a look at the model sizing too.
Everyone's built differently, and we'd rather help you get it right the first time than have your new favourite tee sitting in a returns parcel.
what are your tees made from?
100% cotton.
Soft, breathable, comfortable, and ready for whatever adventure (or afternoon nap) you've got planned.
where are you products made?
Our garments are sustainably and ethically made onshore in Queensland, Australia.
Our tees are cut and sewn in Brisbane, then printed on the Gold Coast. No offshore production, no mystery factories—just quality gear made close to home.
how do I take care of my tee
Treat it well and it'll stick around for plenty of adventures.
You probably won't do this, because who does. BUT the best method is:
• Cold machine wash with similar colours
• Tumble dry low
• Do not bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Do not iron directly over the print
You'll also find care instructions in our product description and included with your order. Pretty hard to miss, unless you're the type who throws instruction manuals straight in the bin (you're not alone).
will sold out items be back in stock?
Maybe. Maybe not.
Some of our designs are limited runs, which means once they're gone, they're gone. Like that fish you definitely would've caught if nobody was watching.
The Passenger Princess Tee was a special collaboration with Onshore Travel and is currently not planned to return once sold out.
That said... we've been known to listen to popular demand. So if there's a design you'd love to see make a comeback, let us know. We can't promise anything, but we also can't ignore a mob of people asking nicely 👀
can I change or cancel my order?
what to do if I ordered the wrong size?
Don't panic. We've got time for these things.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it.
If it has already shipped, check out our Returns & Exchanges Policy and we'll help you get sorted.
How long does shipping take?
Good things take time, and we have plenty of it BUT we want to get your goodies to you asap so we can drool over them together.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped Australia-wide. Once they're on the road, delivery usually takes around 5–10 business days depending on where you live (and whether your local postie is having a good week).
We'll send you tracking details as soon as your order is on the move.
Can I track my order?

We've learnt our lesson and have switched to shipping with trusted Auspost. So we can both be confident your parcel is in good hands.
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
From there, you can follow your parcel's journey like the impatient person you are:
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet.
We're still a small Aussie biz and currently only ship Australia-wide. But we've got big dreams, questionable levels of optimism, and plans to eventually expand internationally.

do you offer returns or exchanges?
Abso-bloody-lutely!
If you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchasing with us, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and still in its original condition.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we'll make it right.
