Refund Policy

Once your return arrives and has been checked against your pre-approved return request, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.

Because all returns are first reviewed and approved via photos before being sent back, the in-person check is simply to confirm the item matches the condition originally submitted.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
