As a small business, we currently ship Australia-wide only. However we have big plans ahead including world-wide shipping. Baby steps!
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During product launches, promotions, public holidays, or peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is supplied and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, we'll happily assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
